4.7.0. Split Study
This feature enables the user to split a single study into 2 studies. It is most often used if you took two different body parts in one study and want to seperate the study into two.
To split two studies, follow the steps below:
Determine the Series
A new window will appear with the patient study that was selected to be merged, select all series to be placed into the new study and click 'Next'
Determine the Study
Select the "Split" option and then enter the required accession number / Study ID / Description for the new study that will be split off, then click 'Next' :
Merge
This windows shows the details of the study that will be split off. Ensure that its correct and read the warnings before clicking on the ‘Start Split button.
Result
This window shows the result of the merge, after viewing the details, click on the ‘Finish’ button.
