The advanced reporting tool utilizes Microsoft Word and you can use all the Microsoft text features for your report.
The advanced reporting tool can only launch if you already have Microsoft Word installed.

Main Toolbox

Click on the main toolbox on the bottom left corner of the main viewer.

Select 'Reporting Tool' from the menu.

Select 'Advanced' from the reporting tool menu.

Shortcut

You can add the 'Advanced Report' button as a shortcut on the bottom toolbar panel.
 
 
 
 
 
To create a report, follow the instructions below:
 
 
 
 
Report Settings:
You can access the report settings by clicking on the settings button in the advanced report's header.
 
There are six sections to the advanced report settings:
 
 
Signature: user can add auto verifier or dictator signature after approval
 
 
 
File Management: user can customize the sections below
 
Page Setup: user can customize the sections below
 
 
Header Setup: user can customize the sections below
 
General Settings: user can customize the sections below
 
 
Default Font: user can customize the font type, color, style and size of the header and body
